Fundraising Agreement

With your name in the signature, you accept and understand that the aforementioned cards are on consignment by FB Fundraiser, and that final sale numbers are to be provided to FB Fundraiser and payment submitted for sold cards on or before 30 days from the noted start date and as an authorized agent of the noted organization, am responsible for the return of any unsold cards within 7 days of the close date.
